Hello, My name is Karla Garcia, a licensed cosmetologist located in the Bay Area. I am also a full time college student pursuing a business major. Please read the policy to avoid any inconvenience If you are a returning client please read the policy as it may have changes. DEPOSIT You will be charged 50% of the service price through the website. The remaining balance can be paid (CASH or ZELLE). If you’re 15 minutes late without communicating your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. No call no show, reschedule OR cancellation will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be rescheduled. Your card information is protected by Stripe so your information is secured. PAYMENT METHODS FOR SERVICES Zelle, Cash or Card on file NAIL SERVICES For nail services DO NOT book for appointments on sundays as I am working at a hair salon on sundays. Only book for appointments for Monday-Saturday Please come with an inspirational image of the set you’d like to get. Also please be patient as I am beginning my nail journey. TOP BUN & LOW FADE BRAID BOOKING INFO If you have a top bun or side tapers book under "Male Braids". •TOP BUN is where all the sides and back of your hair is cut. You only have long hair on the top/fringe to your crown area. •LOW FADE is when your nape area and temples are cut. Your hair is grown out on the top/fringe, sides, down to your occipital bone. •IF you only have your side burns or temples tampered you MUST book under NATURAL styles NOT male services Please pay attention to your hair cut because prices vary on the style + your hair cut. If you are unsure about your hair cut contact me at (510)978-9170 SERVICES WITH BRAIDING HAIR & EXTENSIONS Services DO NOT include hair. READ YOUR EMAILS!!! Hair information and store recommendations are listed in your confirmation email! You will need ONE braiding bundle per braid. Keep in mind if you'd like your braids past your waist you will need to bring additional packs. Check your email for brands I accept, if you bring brands I do not accept your deposit will be nonrefundable and your appointment will be canceled. ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT INFORMATION Please come to your appointment with your hair washed and blow dried straight. If you have curly hair you may add minimal moisturizer, DO NOT add any oils. Proper hair preparation will help your style last longer, look stunning and it helps knock down the service time to a minimum. If you fail to properly prepare your hair you will be charged a $25 for a blow out. No additional guests are allowed unless you are a minor. An adult MUST be present during a minors hair service. If you are running late please contact me immediately. You have a 15 minute grace period to show up to your appointment, after the 15 minute gap your appointment will be canceled. Please manage your time properly. NO CALL NO SHOW will ban you from future services. Once you leave my chair I am NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for YOUR STYLE. Cancellation Policy
Your 50% deposit will be forfeited if you pull a no call no show, fail to communicate if your running 15 minutes late or if you’d like to cancel/reschedule.
NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN BEING DENIED FROM FUTURE SERVICES.
